Brows by Liah became into existence in 2016 and we are celebrating over 7 years in business. Brows are our most popular service; however, all tattoo and PMU services are offered. Located on the west side of the world famous, Las Vegas Strip, treatments are by appointment only to provide the best experience.

BBL is also a training facility for up and coming artists. Students complete their apprenticeship hours as they continually learn theory over the course of 6 months. Liah is also a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals and provides mentorship to artists all over the world.

Liah is also the creator of Inkmortelle, an aftercare line specifically for PMU and tattoo industry. With over 100 reviews across multiple platforms, Liah has dominated the PMU market of Las Vegas by providing competitive prices, high quality work and products.
